Since 1973, Tyne has stood by the North East’s most vulnerable people with housing, support, healthcare, training and investment in communities. It was a privilege to support them. To get their brand messaging to a better place. To be trusted with developing everything from a fresh proposition and key messaging, to a tone of voice that engages and respects their beneficiaries, while inspiring their key audiences.

Altogether Creative had just led a series of discovery visits and workshops with Tyne staff, board members and residents, which would provide a wealth of influence on the work.

That work? Articulate the purpose that drives the organisation, define their values, and develop messaging and a tone of voice to engage the variety of stakeholders that Tyne work with, when delivering lifeline services across five local authorities.
